This environment creates coffees that are clean yet expressive, structured yet full of life.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor this lot, ripe cherries were carefully hand-sorted and processed as a 300-hour natural. The cherries were fermented and dried whole on raised beds, allowing the fruit character to deepen gradually.
