Return Policy
If the coffee bean is returned to us unused and in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund (store voucher). We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the shipping address is incorrect.
Please send an email with the subject "Return - ORDER NUMBER" to orders@sistergesha.com We will take over from there. Please allow us two working days to process your inquiry.
Please provide a clear photo and describe the nature of the damage/wrongly sent item to help us expedite this matter.
