Our first single origin espresso release of the year—Colombia, Finca Manantiales.
Vibrant and expressive as black coffee.
Softened, creamy, and tropical in milk.
On the western edge of Colombia’s coffee belt, Caicedonia sits high in a cool, mist-covered landscape.
Here, slow-moving clouds and high elevation delay cherry maturation, allowing sweetness and complexity to develop naturally.
Manantiales del Frontino Estate is led by Andrés Londoño—a large, multi-varietal farm spread across multiple elevations, bordered by protected mist forest and fed by natural springs. This environment creates coffees that are clean yet expressive, structured yet full of life.
For this lot, ripe cherries were carefully hand-sorted and processed as a 300-hour natural. The cherries were fermented and dried whole on raised beds, allowing the fruit character to deepen gradually. The result is a cup that carries lush sweetness and vibrant fruity, while remaining balanced and clean.
A coffee shaped by patience, place, and restraint—yet unmistakably alive in the cup.
