Raya Blend is crafted to reflect the spirit of Hari Raya—a season of gratitude, togetherness, and joyful gatherings. This festive blend unites two remarkable coffee origins, Tanzania and Indonesia, creating a cup that is both vibrant and comforting.

From Aviv Estate in Tanzania, the coffee brings clarity and lively fruit character. Grown at high elevations, this washed lot contributes bright and expressive notes of grape and cherry, adding a juicy sweetness and refreshing lift to the blend.

Balancing this brightness is Lot Berner Meriah from Indonesia, processed using lychee yeast inoculation. This innovative fermentation introduces aromatic complexity and layered sweetness, producing deeper flavors reminiscent of Black Forest cake and the refined, floral elegance of Darjeeling tea.

These coffees are grown between 1,050–1,450 meters above sea level, where cooler temperatures allow cherries to mature slowly, developing density and concentrated flavor.

The varietals Marselesa, Abyssinia 3, and Red Bourbon bring harmony to the blend—combining fruit vibrancy, gentle florals, and a rounded body.
