Washed Process Steps:
1. Depulping: Skin and pulp removed mechanically.
2. Fermentation: Double-stage (dry + wet fermentation).
3. Washing & Drying: Beans are thoroughly washed and sun-dried to optimal moisture content.
Doi Chang covers an area of approximately 30,000 rai, yielding around 240 tons of coffee. The cultivation is primarily managed by the Mia Che Gu group. There are designated quality control stations responsible for checking the flavor profile of every batch from each processing zone, ensuring consistent quality control throughout production.
