High in the cloud-kissed highlands of South Sulawesi, where tradition weaves through every hillside and the land breathes with ancient rhythm, grows a coffee of rare elegance. This is Indonesia Toraja Classic Natural, a vivid expression of place, people, and process.
Sourced from the passionate growers of the Lebang Tanah Toraja Cooperative, this lot is cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,100 meters above sea level, where cool mountain air and rich volcanic soil nurture slow-growing coffee trees. The varietals — Typica and Lini S — are heirloom selections celebrated for their clarity, sweetness, and structure.
Carefully natural-processed, the cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and dried on raised beds under the Torajan sun. The result is a cup layered with complexity: the crisp freshness of green apple, the zest of grapefruit, soft undertones of vanilla, and a lingering floral lift of honeysuckle.
